Mr. Paski has held senior management positions in Fortune 50, privately held, and venture capital-funded companies over the last 30 years. His responsibilities have included technical, operational, and program management for high technology projects, from several million dollar advanced intelligent transportation systems (ITS) to billion-dollar global fiber optic systems. Prior to joining 4D, he was the senior engineering and contract manager with Traffic Control Systems, a leading ITS integrator in the New York metropolitan area. Mr. Paski holds multiple US and international patents, has been published in professional society journals, has spoken at domestic and international conferences, and has served on Boards of Directors.

Mr. Fleisch has over 19 years of wide-ranging experience in the development of highly reliable and scalable management systems, primarily for the telecommunications industry. In his current role as the head of software development for 4D, he is responsible for 4D's ARMOR^® command and control system. Prior to joining 4D, Mr. Fleisch served as Director, Core Engineering for Comverse, Real Time Billing Systems Division, where he was responsible for the systems operating platform. As Director, Next-Generation NMS Development for Lucent Technologies, he was responsible for the network management systems development for the next-generation of optical switches. Mr. Fleisch holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from Polytechnic University.

Mr. Sagam has more than 15 years experience in managing multi-disciplinary high technology organizations and projects. Previously, he managed a Software Development Center and Custom Engineering organization at EMC, delivering customized network management software and services for AT&T’s Project Lightspeed Triple Play offering. Prior to that, he held senior management positions at Viagate Technologies, where he was responsible for infrastructure, Applications Engineering and Business Development. He helped found companies that delivered xDSL, Wireless broadband, CCTV, perimeter and unified security solutions to telecom and public safety companies. Mr. Sagam has been a Senior Systems Architect designing advanced network management, OSS, SOA, distributed computing, and ITIL compliant solutions. He has held leadership roles at Digital Equipment Corporation for Tru64 UNIX Operating system development. At Voltas Ltd., a primary contractor, he managed large turnkey heavy-engineering projects for Defense, Nuclear, Steel and Power industries. Mr. Sagam holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, India, and an MS in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
