Nick Steele - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Steele has held various high-level management positions at Fortune 100 and 500 companies in the aerospace, defense, intelligence and security sectors. He joined 4D in 2009 to oversee all of the company's operations including pursuit of new growth opportunities and establishment of relationships with the international security and intelligence communities. Mr. Steele served as Corporate Vice President for Strategic Initiatives for SRA International for strategic planning, new business campaigns and corporate development for intelligence, security and international initiatives in 2008 and 2009. Preceding that assignment, he was SAIC Vice President for Business Development, Operations, Intelligence and Security, the company's largest business unit, with close to a billion dollars in annual revenue.

Prior to joining SAIC, Mr. Steele was President of Lockheed Martin Sygenex, Inc., following Lockheed's acquisition of ORINCON Sygenex, Inc. He was also Director of Lockheed's Intelligence and Homeland Security Systems, Multi-Modal and Security Programs. Earlier in his career, Mr. Steele also held various executive management roles in The Boeing Company and was a commissioned officer in the U.S. Air Force. He earned a B.A. from Florida State University and a M.A. from Central Michigan University.

Robert Paski - Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Paski has held senior management positions in Fortune 50, privately held, and venture capital-funded companies over the last 30 years. His responsibilities have included technical, operational, and program management for high technology projects, from several million dollar advanced intelligent transportation systems (ITS) to billion-dollar global fiber optic systems. Prior to joining 4D, he was the senior engineering and contract manager with Traffic Control Systems, a leading ITS integrator in the New York metropolitan area. Mr. Paski holds multiple US and international patents, has been published in professional society journals, has spoken at domestic and international conferences, and has served on Boards of Directors.

John Mohler - Business Development, VP

Mr. Mohler has held various high-level Business Development and Program Management positions at Fortune 100 and 500 companies in the aerospace, defense, and security sectors. He joined 4D in 2009 to oversee the company's North American Business Development operations including pursuit of new growth opportunities and establishment of relationships within the Domestic US defense, security and intelligence communities. Mr. Mohler served as Senior Program Management for Border and Corridor Security Programs for Lockheed Martin Civil Mission during the period 2005-2009. Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Mr. Mohler serves as Vice President for Business Development Operations, at PAR Government Systems, the company's business unit that focused on Homeland Security technologies, Port Security and Global Supply Chain Security.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Mohler held various executive management roles in General Electric Aerospace, Messerschmitt (MBB), The Boeing Company, the National Science Foundation, and was a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army Special Forces. He earned a B.A. from Washington and Jefferson College, and advanced degrees from the University of Bonn, Germany, University of Pittsburgh School of Public and International Affairs, and George Washington University.

Thomas Betro - Senior Advisor

Mr. Betro joins the 4D executive leadership team as a Senior Advisor in the areas of Law Enforcement and Security. He brings over 27 years of experience managing and directing law enforcement (LE), counterintelligence (CI), counterterrorism (CT), cyber and security programs for the US Government. Before joining 4D, Mr. Betro served as the Director of the U.S. Naval Criminal Investigative Service, better known as the NCIS, and he had previously served as the acting National Counterintelligence Executive (NCIX). As the NCIX, Mr. Betro was the President’s principal advisor on counterintelligence matters. He is recognized by the U.S. national security community for leading several complex, highly visible projects and being a catalyst for resolving contentious issues. Having served overseas and having led an organization with a worldwide mission, Mr. Betro’s international relationships significantly enhance 4D’s global reach.

Mr. Betro received his BA at Colby College in Waterville, Maine, and his MA from the Naval War College in Newport, RI.

John A. Gill - Senior Advisor

Mr. Gill will take a leadership role at 4D in developing its law enforcement and anti-crime technology, drawing on his operational experience. He will play a pivotal role in outreach to the law enforcement market throughout the United States. He brings 26 years of law enforcement and security experience to the company. He has executive level expertise in leading both domestic and international programs in federal law enforcement, security and crisis management. Prior to joining the private sector, Mr. Gill served most recently as the Chief Security Officer at the Executive Office of the President. In that role, he led the development, implementation and management of the security policies and programs for the White House and the multiple components of the Executive Office of the President. During his career with the United States Secret Service, Mr. Gill held several key positions within both the protective and investigative missions and senior management appointments to the offices of Public Affairs and Congressional Affairs. Additionally, as the Attaché in Paris, France, Mr. Gill was responsible on behalf of the Secret Service for direct operational and diplomatic coordination with representatives at the highest levels of European law enforcement, security and intelligence directorates.

Mr. Gill received his BS at the University of Massachusetts – Amherst. He speaks both Spanish and French.
